Order Processing Time:

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be prepared within 2 business days. For example, if you place your order on Tuesday, it will be ready to ship by Thursday.

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Thursday or anytime Friday–Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Carrier:

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your selected delivery speed and location.

Tracking Info:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your sweets on their journey to your door!

We want you to love every bite! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Eligible Returns:

We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery.

To Be Eligible:

Items must be sealed and in original condition

Must be returned within 15 days

of the delivery dateReceipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to health and safety regulations, opened, damaged, or used items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at support@cypress-sweets.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
